What are your hours of operation? Princeton Club Xpress is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year Is someone available to help me get started? As soon as you join our club we can schedule a fitness appointment for you with a nationally certified personal trainer. You will be issued your membership card and can start working out immediately. Can I use all Princeton Club locations with my membership? You can choose the membership that best fits your needs. Memberships are available that give you access to all of our clubs and 1000 affiliates across the country or you can choose a membership just for the Xpress Clubs. We can help you identify your needs and recommend the appropriate membership. Is there an initiation fee or card fee to join your club? No. There is never a joining fee or card fee to become a member. Your membership is paid in simple monthly payments. Does your facility have showers to use after I exercise? Yes! In fact our showers are oversized tile STEAM SHOWERS so if you have a few minutes after your workout you can relax in your own private steam room. I have children. Is childcare included? Childcare is included at no additional cost at the Flagship Princeton Clubs for your children from birth to age 12. Xpress Clubs do not have childcare available. How long will it take before I start seeing results? This will depend on your current fitness level. Some people will see results in just a few workouts and almost everyone will notice results within 30 days. Are your trainers certified? Yes. Our trainers have the highest level of national certifications in the country. Is your club staffed? Yes. The club is staffed during the days and early evenings during the week. During unstaffed hours the club is under 24/7 video surveillance by staff at the West or East side Princeton Club. The security cameras at the Xpress locations are transmitting a live feed to our larger clubs. We are the only club in the area with this level of security and safety. Where else are you opening clubs? Look for many more locations to be announced soon in and around Madison, your membership is good at any future Xpress club that opens.
